Question 1

What is Viajante Promo and how does the flight search work?

Accepted Answer

We're a flight comparison tool (a metasearch engine): we search dozens of airlines and travel agencies at the same time to bring together the best flight options in one place, with price, duration, and stops side by side.

Question 2

Do you sell tickets directly?

Accepted Answer

No. Viajante Promo doesn't sell tickets or process payments. When you choose an offer, you're redirected to the airline or partner agency's site to complete your purchase securely.

Question 3

How do you find so many different flight options?

Accepted Answer

Our system checks more than 200 partner airlines and agencies in real time, comparing prices and availability simultaneously to bring you the most relevant results for your search.

Question 4

Why does a flight sometimes disappear from the results?

Accepted Answer

Flight prices and availability change constantly. If a fare sells out or is updated by the partner between your search and your click, the result may no longer be available — we recommend searching again.

Question 5

Do the displayed prices already include taxes and fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The amounts shown in the results already include estimated taxes and fees. Even so, always check the final amount at checkout on the partner's site before completing your purchase.

Question 6

Why did the price change when I clicked to complete the purchase?

Accepted Answer

Airfares are dynamic and can change within minutes due to high demand or partner updates. We do our best to keep prices in sync, but the final price is always confirmed on the airline or agency's site.

Question 7

How does the price-drop alert work?

Accepted Answer

Turn on the alert on the results screen by entering your desired route. As soon as we spot a meaningful price drop for that route, we'll let you know so you can grab the deal.

Question 8

Why do I see different prices for nearby dates?

Accepted Answer

A flight's price varies based on demand for each date, day of the week, and seat availability in that fare class. Use the price calendar to compare the days before and after your ideal date.

Question 9

How do I complete my purchase after finding the right flight?

Accepted Answer

Just click "View offer" on the option you choose. You'll be taken to the airline or partner agency's site, where you complete the booking and payment directly with them.

Question 10

Is it safe to buy through the listed partners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We only work with airlines and travel agencies established in the market, and our agencies are properly registered with CADASTUR (the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism's registry of tourism service providers). Even so, always check that the site address matches the partner's official domain before entering your payment details.

Question 11

Which company will send me the confirmation and ticket?

Accepted Answer

Booking confirmation, the e-ticket, and post-purchase support are the responsibility of the airline or agency where the purchase was completed — not Viajante Promo.

Question 12

How do I cancel or reschedule my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Since the purchase is made directly with the partner, cancellations and rescheduling must also be requested on the site or support channel of the airline or agency responsible for your booking.

Question 13

How does the refund for my ticket work?

Accepted Answer

Refund rules vary depending on the fare and the chosen partner's policy. Check your fare conditions at the time of purchase or contact the company responsible for the booking directly.

Question 14

Does Viajante Promo charge a fee to compare prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Searching and comparing prices on our platform is 100% free. We only earn a commission when you complete a purchase with one of our partners, at no extra cost to you.

Question 15

Is my personal data secure when using the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use encrypted (SSL) connections across the entire site and handle your data in line with Brazil's LGPD, using your information only to improve your search and send the alerts you request.

Question 16

How do I know if a listed partner is trustworthy?

Accepted Answer

We only list airlines and travel agencies established in the market. Even so, before paying, check that the site's URL matches the partner's official domain.

Question 17

How do I contact Viajante Promo support?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us through the support channels listed here in the Help Center. Our team answers questions about using the comparison tool, searches, and how the platform works.

Question 18

I had a problem with a purchase made on another site, can you help?

Accepted Answer

Since the purchase is processed by the partner, questions about payment, ticket issuance, or after-sales support must be handled directly with the airline or agency where the booking was made. Our team can guide you through the process if you need help.
