02.Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing and using the Viajante Promo website and services, you state that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision set out here, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

03.How the Platform Works

Viajante Promo queries dozens of airlines and travel agencies in real time to gather and display the offers available for the searched route and date.

Price, availability, schedule, and fare rule information displayed is provided by the partners themselves and may change at any time, without prior notice, as it is outside our control.

04.Partner Agencies and Airlines — Accreditation

Viajante Promo only displays and partners with tourism agencies duly registered with CADASTUR — the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism's Registry of Tourism Service Providers, established by the General Tourism Law (Law No. 11,771/2008) — and with airlines duly authorized to operate by Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

This accreditation criterion is used as a filter for selecting the partners displayed on the platform, but it does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or co-responsibility of Viajante Promo for the services provided by these partners, whose responsibility lies exclusively with the service provider itself, under applicable law.

05.Responsibility for Bookings and Payments

Viajante Promo does not make bookings, does not process payments, does not issue airline tickets, and does not store credit card data.

Every booking, charge, ticket issuance, confirmation, customer service, and any contractual breach is the exclusive responsibility of the travel agency or airline chosen by the user at the time of purchase, with whom the consumer relationship is established.

Any complaints related to the purchase should be directed straight to the partner responsible for the sale.

06.Prices, Availability, and Fare Fluctuations

Displayed prices are estimates provided by partners at the time of the query and already include estimated taxes and fees.

Because these are dynamic fares, subject to high demand and seat availability, the final amount may differ from what was initially displayed, and is always confirmed by the partner at checkout, before the purchase is completed.

07.Cancellations, Rebooking, and Refunds

Cancellation, rebooking, and refund rules are set by the fare and the policy of the partner where the purchase was made.

Because it does not intermediate the financial transaction or ticket issuance, Viajante Promo does not process refunds and has no control over refund timelines or amounts; users must exercise these rights directly with the responsible airline or agency.

08.Permitted Use of the Platform

The user agrees to use the site lawfully, and it is prohibited to: (i) use automated systems (bots, scraping, crawlers) to extract data without prior authorization; (ii) attempt to access restricted areas or compromise the platform's security; (iii) use the service for fraudulent purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights; (iv) reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the site without express authorization.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or blocking of access, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

09.Intellectual Property

The "Viajante Promo" brand, layout, source code, texts, icons, and other elements of the site belong to Viajante Promo or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property law; reproducing them in whole or in part without prior express authorization is prohibited.

10.Third-Party Links and Services

The site may contain links to partner and third-party sites. Viajante Promo does not control the content, availability, or practices of such sites and is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of those services.

We recommend reading each partner's terms and policies before completing any purchase.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data processing carried out by Viajante Promo complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Details about the collection, use, storage, and sharing of data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viajante Promo is not liable for: (i) errors, delays, or unavailability of information provided by partners; (ii) direct or indirect damages arising from bookings made on third-party sites; (iii) contractual breach by partner airlines or agencies.

Our liability is limited to providing the comparison tool and does not extend to the performance of travel services contracted with the partner.

13.Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or feature changes to the platform. The current version will always be available on this page, with the last update date shown at the top.

Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The consumer's domicile is elected as the venue for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms, under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
